Check the boxes for Full Control, Read, and Change permissions.

Apply and OK should be selected.

Click the Apply and OK button once more.

Close the window after copying the Network Path EX19-MBX01ExportPST.

Right-click the ExportPST folder, then select Properties, then the Sharing Tab.

Select Advanced Sharing, Permissions, and Add from the drop-down menus.

Click the Check Names button after entering Authenticated Users in the object name.

Click the OK button after selecting Authenticated Users.

Check the boxes for Full Control, Read, and Change permissions.

Apply and OK should be selected.

Again Apply, OK, and Close are the buttons to press.

Step 3: Using Exchange Admin Center, export EDB to PST.



As an administrator, log in to your Exchange account.

Select the Mailbox tab from the Recipients menu.

Go to Exchange, choose User Mailbox, and then click the… dots.

Select the Export to a PST file option, then select Export only this mailbox’s contents and click the Next button.

Copy and paste the path you just copied, along with the File Name. The filename.pst path will be EX19-MBX01ExportPSTfilename.pst.

After that, click the Next and Finish buttons.

You will be notified once the EDB to PST conversion is completed.

The PST file can be found in the ExportPST folder.
