For me, it was when I had my first book published. Selling books is very different from selling other products like clothes because you can’t see what’s inside a book without opening it up.

In this instance something goes wrong you cannot change it.

Then I found myself in a situation where the book was wrapped up and ready to go out but due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in market conditions, etc….
